Custom Orders

Most products offered by Red Dirt Forge are custom-made to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, spelling, dates, logos, and artwork prior to production.

Once approval is provided, Red Dirt Forge is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting logos, images, designs, trademarks, or other artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork, or

  • You have permission to use the artwork

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Dirt Forge from any claims arising from the use of customer-provided artwork.

Red Dirt Forge reserves the right to refuse any artwork that may violate intellectual property laws or that we determine to be inappropriate.

Production Variations

Due to the nature of custom engraving, leather patches, wood products, acrylic products, and other personalized items, slight variations may occur.

Examples include:

  • Wood grain differences

  • Natural leather variations

  • Color differences

  • Material texture variations

  • Minor placement differences

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Production may not begin until required deposits or payments are received.

Red Dirt Forge reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for non-payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Red Dirt Forge is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Customer approval delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Because most products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our sole discretion if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The delivered item materially differs from the approved design

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customer contact information and sensitive business information will not be disclosed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Dirt Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
